Muslim War on the West – Greed Opens the Gate

Monday, September 24th, 2007

The one point that I wish I could get people to understand is that a Muslim is a Muslim first and everything else second.
I made this point to try to make people realize that when one invites a Muslim into the financial or government arena, that eventually, when they have suitable control, they will begin to impose their Muslim agenda on everything they control.
We in the West continue to sit back and allow this to happen.
It is important to understand, that because of our Western greed, the London Stock Exchange is now majority owned by Qatar and Dubai. Also in the news, the Nordic Exchange, OMX, is in a takeover bidding battle between Gulf rivals Dubai and Qatar. On the surface, this looks like good news; two Muslim countries “fighting” against each other, but here is going on below the surface: Borse Dubai and the U.S. Nasdaq have joined forces to acquire OMX together in a deal that would give Borse Dubai 19.99 percent of Nasdaq and 28 percent of the London Stock Exchange.
The Muslim invasion of the West continues, and greed has further opened the gate.

Qatar, Dubai gain control of London Stock Exchange

QATAR has upped its share in London’s Stock Exchange to nearly 24 per cent, giving the gulf state and neighbour Dubai a controlling stake of nearly 52 per cent.

Quoting LSE sources, a Qatari newspaper reported the gas-rich Gulf state bought an additional 3 per cent of shares on Friday, a day after it bought a 20 per cent slice of Europe’s oldest stock exchange.

The Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), the investment unit of the Qatar government, initially bought a 20.8 per cent stake off two hedge funds.

This would put the QIA’s overall share in the LSE at nearly 24 per cent.

The United Arab Emirates’ group Borse Dubai meanwhile agreed to buy a 28 per cent LSE holding from Nasdaq, meaning the two now hold nearly 52 per cent of the stock exchange.

The US-based Nasdaq, which was the LSE’s biggest shareholder with a 31 per cent holding, said last month that it wanted to sell up after a failed hostile takeover attempt.

Bidding war expected as Qatar buys into OMX

Nordic market operator OMX looked set Thursday to become the centre of takeover bidding battle between Gulf rivals Dubai and Qatar.

In a deal announced early Thursday, Dubai market operator Borse Dubai and US group Nasdaq said they had joined forces to acquire OMX together in a deal that would give Borse Dubai 19.99 percent of US-based Nasdaq and 28 percent of the London Stock Exchange.

“Ahmadinejad is in, ROTC is out” By Dinesh D’Souza

Monday, September 24th, 2007

We should stop calling colleges “Insitutes of Higher Learning” and start calling them “Institutes of Leftist Indoctrination”.

President Lee Bollinger of Columbia University is a very open-minded guy, in his own opinion. In inviting the Iranian prime minister Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to speak at Columbia, he issued this statement. “Columbia, as a community dedicated to learning and scholarship, is committed to confronting ideas…Necessarily on occasion this will bring us into contact with beliefs that many, most of even all of us will find offensive and even odious. We trust our community, including our students, to be fully capable of dealing with these occasions, through the powers of dialog and reason.”

So why won’t Bollinger allow the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) to recruit on the Columbia campus? ROTC was expelled from Columbia in the late sixties. In 2003 a majority of students said they wanted ROTC back, to give students the choice to serve their country in this way. The Columbia faculty opposed the measure, however, and Bollinger sided with them against the students.

What is the problem with ROTC as far as Columbia University is concerned? Apparently Bollinger and other left-wingers on the faculty can’t stand the U.S. military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy concerning homosexuals. Yet this policy, devised and introduced by the Clinton administration, respects the privacy of homosexual soldiers on the condition that they aren’t open or flagrant about being gay. The objective of the policy is to maintain morale in the barracks.

Even if you disagree with the military, Bollinger himself says that Columbia is open to allowing ideas that are “offensive and even odious.” This is the whole point of tolerance. Tolerance means, “I disagree strongly, but I will put up with you.” If I agreed with what you have to say then there is no question of tolerance. Whatever Bollinger’s ideological disagreement with ROTC, surely students are capable of hearing his concerns and then making up their own minds about whether to enroll.

Ahmadinejad Arrives in New York

Monday, September 24th, 2007

He will speak at Columbia University today and address the U.N. General Assembly tomorrow. Why the United States is giving this madman a forum I will never know.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Tehran is neither building a nuclear bomb nor headed to war with the United States in a television interview ahead of an appearance at Columbia University on Monday.

The public-relations push appears aimed at presenting his views directly to a U.S. audience amid rising strains and talk of war between the two nations.

Ahmadinejad is to speak and answer questions at a Columbia forum Monday, followed by a scheduled address to the U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday.

Columbia’s invitation has drawn howls from politicians, religious groups and other organizations. But the university has not backed down, and its president, Lee Bollinger has promised to grill Ahmadinejad on subjects such as human rights, the Holocaust and Iran’s disputed nuclear program.

Tensions are high between Washington and Tehran over U.S. accusations that Iran is secretly trying to develop nuclear weapons, as well as helping Shiite militias in Iraq that target U.S. troops – claims Iran denies.

“Well, you have to appreciate we don’t need a nuclear bomb. We don’t need that. What need do we have for a bomb?” Ahmadinejad said in the “60 Minutes” interview taped in Iran on Thursday. “In political relations right now, the nuclear bomb is of no use. If it was useful it would have prevented the downfall of the Soviet Union.”

He also said that: “It’s wrong to think that Iran and the U.S. are walking toward war. Who says so? Why should we go to war? There is no war in the offing.”

Before leaving Iran, Ahmadinejad said the American people have been denied “correct information,” and his visit will give them a chance to hear a different voice, the official IRNA news agency reported.

“King of Lies – doing business as Planned Parenthood” by Jane Jimenez

Monday, September 24th, 2007

In one of the greatest public relations scams of modern times, America is being duped by the King of Lies — doing business as Planned Parenthood.

From the inception of grassroots programs in the 1990s bringing abstinence education to teens, Planned Parenthood has fought to extinguish the abstinence message. In the first years, they were very direct with us. They hated abstinence education. Why? Because sex was a natural right … even for teenagers. If teens wanted to have sex, they were merely exercising their natural born right to enjoy having sex.

But with escalating birth rates and a new generation of sexually transmitted diseases, parents and public officials were hard-pressed to accept this line of reasoning. Planned Parenthood and its friends needed to find a new tactic. Putting on their creative hats, they added water and stirred, creating …”medical accuracy.”

Church Group Protests BET Programming

Monday, September 24th, 2007

Black Entertainment Television shows the double standard applied to Black and White rights. Imagine, if you will, what would happen if there was a White Entertainment Television network. The outcry from the ACLU, the NAACP, the Mainstream Media, the Reverend Jessie Jackson and the Reverend Al Sharpton would be heard in every house in America.
Whew. Glad to get that off of my chest.
A Baptist pastor has formed a group to protest the way “modern” television, especially BET, “sexually objectifies black women and portrays black men as ‘pimps’ and ‘gangsters.'”

WASHINGTON – A Baptist pastor has begun a series of weekend protests, demanding that media outlets and corporations stop portraying blacks in demeaning and offensive ways. The first demonstration was at the home of Black Entertainment Television’s chief executive.

[Rev.] Coates [the organizer of the protest], 34, said he requested a meeting with Lee in an Aug. 23 letter but got no response until last week. Lee said she received the letter only after she read about the protest in a news release.

“Her people made a meeting conditional upon canceling the rally at her house,” Coates said.
