Look Who’s Calling for the Marines Now

I ran across this at Michelle Malkin’s blog yesterday and had a good laugh. Check it out…

Melanie Morgan shares a story from Iraq war vet Eamon Kelly:

“While we were at the protest in Berkeley from 12 to 4 PM a white volvo drove by and a man spat upon code pink. They chased him down the street and got into a verbal altercation. The police were NO WHERE in sight. That’s not the best part, ready for this? Medea Benjamin yelled and I quote “Marines!” she actually yelled for our help because this man had stepped out of his car. Lol. I even asked her if she was yelling Police and she told me “I said Marines” then put her arm around my friend Allen (the Marine vet) Ironic? Ok back to the emails!! “

God bless those “Bush death pimps,” eh, Medea?

Here’s a little background:
Medea Benjamin is an activist with the group “Code Pink”. They have been protesting the mere presence of a Marine Corp recruiting office in the city of Berkeley, California. It is very routine to call the marine recruiters “Bush Death Pimps”.
But in their time of danger, who do they expect to spring to their aid? The very people they have been protesting; the marines.

This comment says it all:
“Amazzzzing. To stand there and call the Marines murderers and baby killers. Brainwashed idiots, then expect them to come running to their aid when they are threatened in return with physical [violence].

Just goes to show how gutless and what [hypocrites] Code Pink is.”

And for me, here is what I have to say:

GOD BLESS ALL THE MARINES AND THE CORPS!!
GOD BLESS ALL OF OUR MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM!!
