Supreme Court to Review Obama’s Citizenship

Posted in Uncategorized at 9:18 am by Steve

This should put this issue to bed once and for all, one way or another.

A case that challenges President-elect Barack Obama’s name on the 2008 election ballot citing questions over his citizenship has been scheduled for a “conference” at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. This case is set for a conference Dec. 5, just 10 days before the Electoral College is scheduled to meet to make formal the election of Obama as the nation’s next president.

The Supreme Court’s website listed the date for the case brought by Leo C. Donofrio against Nina Wells, the secretary of state in New Jersey, over not only Obama’s name on the 2008 election ballot but those of two others, Sen. John McCain and Roger Calero.

WHY are we JUST NOW reviewing this?????!!! Why was this not done before the election ? Our country truly is blinded by their love for this man. So blinded that we have overlooked the most important part of his eligibility for office. I have to wonder why he has not been forthcoming with his birth information up to this time………just another example of how he has hidden his past from the people.

Totally unreal, hard to believe, our country has stooped so low as to allow the liberal media to lead us into such a mess.

I do not UNDERSTAND where the questioning regarding his citizenship is coming from. Just because he has a father that was from another country (Kenya) does not mean that he is illegally in America. If there was a doubt regarding his citizenship, I would have thought that it would have surfaced early on in his life; such as the time he was attending college at Harvard and still was able to receive federal and states aids from the government. Only American citizens or legal residents can receive legal financial aid from the government. Obama was born in the United States of America and that makes him a citizen of this great nation he is proud to represent.

We share your confusion, but for a different reason:
Why doesn’t he just produce his birth certificate and put this whole situation to rest.
He could have even produced it the day before the election and made all of us detractors look like idiots and garnered many more votes.
Yet, to date, he and the DNC are spending millions of dollars in legal fees to block all attempts to see it.
My questions for you are this:
What is he hiding? Why does he protest so much?
Maybe the court can get to the bottom of it.

The questioning is not whether he is in the USA illegally.

Please read our US Constitution: All presidents MUST be at least 35 and BORN in the USA.

The question IS: Was his birth here, or was it outside the USA?
If he was born outside the USA, he is not eligible to be a president of the USA. Same for the current governor of California, – not eligible as written in our US Constitution.
All must obey the constitution, which gives us our reason for being the USA, and all our freedom and justice.
The Supreme Court cannot change the US Constitution. The court must uphold the US Constitution, our nation’s highest laws.

It got a little confusing with John McCain though.

He was born on a U.S. military installation in the Panama Canal Zone, not on U.S. soil. It was ruled that he WOULD be eligible to run for President of the U.S. His father was an officer in the U.S. Navy and his parents, both U.S. citizens, were stationed in the Panama Canal Zone at the time of his birth.

Obama has yet to PROVE that he was born in the U.S. with his birth certificate.

Harper, Christians stand by the Word of God.

Christ speaks in Matt.15:18-19; If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as it’s own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.”

Steve is strong enough to take a stand against the wrong in the world by standing by the Word of God in the bible, with no concern over the heat he will take from people like you.

Harper, by what source do you stand beside? How much can you can YOU take?
