Christians and “The Da Vinci Code”, Part 1

I think that is a great idea. I have never read it and dont intend to, so I need to know how to counter the questions I hear from my friends/acquaintances who have read it. I have heard bit and pieces, but I am still not sure what the overall theme (or as we call it in TN “the jist of the story”) of the book is.

  2. Hi Beth!
Well, if a person can ignore the blatant attacks it makes about our Lord and our religion, it actually is a well-written FICTION book. It was packed with lots of action, it wasn’t predictable and the travel was believable.
What Brown did wrong was to make the claim that it was well-researched historical fiction.
Anyway, I’m going to try to add more articles about over the next couple of weeks so that people can be prepared to answer questions about it.
